Montala Alviera

Alviera is the first integrated mixed-use township in Central Luzon developed by AyalaLand Inc. and LeonioLand Holdings Inc. The 1,125-hectare township’s name is a portmanteau of the initials of its developers and the words ‘vie’ or life and ‘terra’ or land — an apt choice for an urban spread that is molded to fit the vast plains and rolling terrains that surround it.

Alviera is designed as a highly efficient, self-contained city with its own business and industrial parks, leisure spots, educational zones, and residential communities — one of which is Montala.
