“Myhep LVIR” – the generic “Harvoni” from Mylan in Russia
Myhep LVIR is a combination of generic medicines for the control of hepatitis C manufactured by Indian pharmaceutical company Mylan under the license of the American company Gilead Sciences. It is a complete analogue of the original medicines Harvoni from Gilead.
The composition of Myhep LVIR includes two antiviral direct acting substances – Sofosbuvir and Ledipasvir. In one package of medicine contains 28 tablets. Each tablet contains a daily dose of Sofosbuvir (400 mg) and Ledipasvir (90 mg).
Myhep LVIR is intended for the treatment of chronic hepatitis C virus infection in patients with and without cirrhosis. Myhep LVIR is effective for patients who are being treated for the first time and for patients with ineffective experience of treating hepatitis C with interferon and ribavirin or if there is intolerance to these medications.
